[HAM] Q's on B3's vintage 56-57

I'm thinking about purchasing a 56-57 B3 and would like know a little
more about this box.

What type amp and preamp does it have?
Any electronic difference between earlier B3's and later models?
Sound characteristics different for later models?
Other pro's or con's?

If anybody can answer these Q's would be appreciated.

Any website with this info???

Also, what is a reasonable price for one in very good condition w/o leslie?

Does a HR-40 Tone Cabinet sound good? What does it go for? Is it worth
having?
