Dr. Burt,
Only you can decide the risk vs. benefits. The fact that you like to work
on the organs is a plus. You correctly note that you won't know what else
is wrong without further investigation. Two things: One, unless the organ
has been dumped into saltwater or the manuals are completely shot, you can
almost always make something like this play again. The tone cabinet is, in
the real world, worthless.

Since the organ won't run and is in very poor condition, I would offer
$200, on a good day, maybe.
