[HAM] Hammond Model A Rheostat Box

Somebody help!!! We mainly do cosmetic repair, but I am trying to get into the mechanical and electrical side by working on my own personal organ. I just bought a Model A. The organ is in very good condition but I need to replace the rheostat box.  Apparently, somebody tried to wire a volume knob into the existing box. In doing so, they disabled the box. I have a new box, but I am stuck on the connections I need to make because I do not know what terminals are what. If someone could help me out on what wires go to what that would great. In the existing rheostat box, there are four cables. Three with three wires inside of them and one with two wires. I am getting a full set of repair manuals but I don't have them yet. Any type of help will be greatly appreciated. Brian
