[HAM] Blank keys/tones

Hey I have this same problem on my A-101's and I'd like to try tackling this
problem myself.
I bet it's just some wires rather than a key contact problem.

What's a decent diagnosis to determine if it's just a wire undone?  If I
pull out a drawbar one at a time and the problem\silent tone changes
physical key with each drawbar test? I thought I knew this but I really
should check with you guys.

How easy is it to check the wires that are on the manuals side? (opposite
the soldered wires on the TG via the back)?

In other words, how easy is it to lift those manuals up enough to resolder
any wires that may have come undone?
Any faq link you could send me on this (getting to the little wires
underneath the manuals)?
