[HAM] Hammond C3 to Marshall ampDave McCracken dave at folkswaggin.comThu Jun 12 08:35:01 CDT 2003
I'm really no help... > I think what I REALLY want is to power the Leslie with a Marshall head. OK so you would need to figure out how to get signal from your organ to your Marshall head. Then figure out how to get amplified signal to the crossover. Then figure out a way to contol the Leslie speeds. Yes you'd likely blow up the drivers, I bet (maybe?). New drivers mean new Impedance concerns - do 8 Ohm drivers mean you need a new crossover? Can't offer more than that. > It's a '74 Super Lead 100 that's an absolute killer (I play guitar ,too). I'm sure it sounds good with a guitar. > What do you think? I think a tube Leslie amp rocks. That is also where my experience stops. Have fun though. Dave McCracken http://dave.folkswaggin.com ---
