[HAM] B2 worth$

Hi everyone.  I've been lurking for a while but now have a question.

I've come across a B2.  I know it does not have the percussion like a b3.

Can it be added?  Is this a monumental task or is it simple?

What would a b2 in fair to decent condition be worth?
