I have some smooth Drawbars. I bought them for a C-2 that I had but never used them. I'll let them go for $375.00.

Subject: [HAM] Smooth drawbar source for a 1952 C2

I am finally putting my C2 back together, after having it apart for many
months to strip and refinish the cabinet. Along with refurbishing the
vibrato scanner, I am doing a bunch of other maintenance as I start putting
it back together. I am looking long and hard at the ratchet drawbars and
thinking that I might replace them with smooth drawbars, instead of just
cleaning and lubing the stock units.

Can anyone recommend a good source for a set of smooth drawbars that would
not cost more than I paid for the C2 to start with? ;-) Should I expect to
get flamed for even considering this "hack" on a classis Hammond?

  Thanks,

  Steve
