Here is what give the A-100 amp it's frequency
response (ttat I don't care for and did the mod to get
the highs back)in the push-pull input grid circuits
(only one grid shown).

You should be able too use this same components in the
G - Gnd  Terminal and the out to your leslie and get
about the same tone.   if you want a volume control
replace the 33k resistor with a 50k audio taper pot
with a 100k resistor in parallel with it (to make it
33k) and take the output off the wiper of the pot,
although, the siganl will already be less than half of
what it normally is off the G terminal due to the
division of the resistors above.
