[HAM] switch to another account/address (unsubscribe only?)

I see a lot of hi "Jay" - which of course is my fault having joined here 
with my old hotmail.
Sorry, this is joe doria (i've got to get rid of this hotmail account I 
barely use and rejoin here with my joedoria hotmail...talk about lazy).
this account has too much spam clogging it anyway...and it's using the name 
of one of my "scooter" contacts. ??? who knows why.  everytime I change the 
name it times out, so i give up.

stupid question - can a person ask to change the subscription to a new 
hotmail account?  is there a form to fill out?
Or is it unsubscribe and rejoin again only?

and...
how does one unsubscribe again?
