[HAM] M-3 restore

Hi.

After a thorough cleaning the upper manual drawbars are working better
each day so the list was right, the matching transformers were fine.
Cleaned all tube sockets with deoxit and the sound is really good -
loud and clean for an M-3.
I still have a couple of problems:

1. Percussion makes no sound
2. Pedals make no sound
3. Intense static for 10 - 15 seconds as tubes first warm up - volume
of static is affected by volume pedal.

I'm going to replace the tubes associated with the pedal and percussion
sections and see if that may cure those problems, beyond that I need
help, also I don't know how to approach the static issue. I want to
replace any amp components that need it but I don't really know how to
determine what needs changing. I'm in the process of recapping the TG
and vibrato line to get back to a bright clear sound. This will be a
gig organ when I'm finished so I want it as good and solid as possible.

All suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks, Vaughn Smith...
