Hi Vaughn,

Replacing the electrolytics is fine. Ceramic capacitors are generally 
very reliable, so I wouldn't replace them unless they test bad, i.e., 
leak DC. Waxed paper capacitors should be replaced. In these 
amplifiers, I often find that the resistors being far off their nominal 
value has a lot to do with sub-optimal performance and end up replacing 
a number of them.
