[HAM] A102 to 145 console load resistor setting

  Can anyone confirm the correct setting for the console load resistor switch on my Leslie 145 when connected to a Hammond A102.
  
  I have read that it should be set in the 'open position' but want to  make sure after researching it on the net and reading conflicting  information!
