Opinions may vary, but I would nominate MY first jazz organ listening 
experience, Jimmy Smith's "Midnight Special." The tunes are simple and the 
music is easily accessible to non-jazz fans, especially the title track. 
The organ gets put through its paces using several standard settings and is 
nice and clear. Another great on is Jimmy's "Organ Grinder Swing," but 
"Blues For J" might scare them off!
