[HAM] Definitive jazz organ recording

of course jimmy smith IS the standard example of jazz organ. remember he
played left hand bass, as most jazz organist did/do.
there also is rhoda scott - she playes pedal - and her less famous sister
shirley scott. she has done very very nice organ recordings, i.e. those with
eddie lockjaw davis.
...nobody's talking about john medeski, i think he's one the guys that put
new life into the organ...i.e. with john scofield. 
maybe a nice video is an idea? it makes organ playing very clear, especially
lh bass playing and comping. jazz organ often sounds woozy and that makes it
difficult to hear what's happening.
