I have to agree with Rick, that it would be not hard to build just  
what you want, then sell the original case. Use good plywood, no  
particle board. I've done nice slots with a router and a clamped  
straightedge. Or---buy one of those road Leslies covered with Tolex,  
put in tube electronics (or a bigger solid-state amp)  You can also  
find Leslie guts on eBay from time to time, save your 145 just as it  
is. Many options short of cutting up a good, old, and expensive Leslie.
