Hi Mike
Thanks for the reply
I wonder why the variation in ohms? The amp feeding the 15" has a larger output transformer (physical size and stamped with a different #) The other 3 CB's appear to have the exact same components Including output transformer, so it would seem they's all be designed for the same speaker load, instead of the 4 stationary 6 x9's (appear to be wired in parallel) at a 4 ohm load, 8 for the drum and 16 for the driver, unless the driver is designed to take a much lower output (~12.5 watts) and the rotating speaker 25 watts, and the sationary speakers get the full 50 watts(?)
On all other solid state power amps that I have, power output changes somewhat inversely to changes in loading (not quite linear)

couple of questions- anyone know the ohm/wattage of the speakers (I was
told the amps are 50 W)
Amps are 50W - there are 4 of them as this is a 4 channel speaker.
The upper driver used is a 16 ohm
The 15" is 4 ohms
The 6X9 mounted in the drum is 8 ohm
The other 6X9's are 16 ohm
