[HAM] off topic electronic weird puzzle

For years the power companies have been paying-off farmers who have 
dairy cattle -- for diminished milk output.  Of course, there's no 
scientific evidence for this, but it's in the utilities interest to make 
small and frequent payments rather than have a large class action lawsuit.

I'm not sure what the research clearly shows about living near high 
voltage power lines, but I wouldn't live near one either.  Also, asking 
if you have solar or wind seems a little to personal to me.

I, too, thought Bill indicated that he possibly lived in the grounding 
field of a high voltage transmission line...
