[HAM] EX Tonewheel capacitor replacement

Saw your post on the ham tech lists re: cap replacement.

Do you do mail order service or know of a good tech you in the Nashville area ?

I have a 50's b3 in Nashville, TN that's been on loan to a cool little studio.

Drawbars have started to get noisy and are cutting out "zippering".
Studio owner paid a tech $100 to spray the drawbars, but that just made it 
worse....
Tech said drawbars might have to rebuilt (never heard of this before)....

Also, I did a cap-in-bag job a while back (from you know now), but didn't 
recal the tonewheel.
