I don't want to name names in public lest I have to start looking under 
my car before I start it.....

Let's just say they are very well known in the Hammond world, and their 
reasoning for not sharing the data has been explained to me in private 
e-mail.

They seem to have a particular grudge against Kon for his attempts to 
reverse-engineer the curves by gathering data on generators. (I've 
measured all mine and provided the info to Kon, btw, and he has 
graciously shared his compilations with me.)
