[HAM] Adding 2-speed motor to a Leslie 45

Hi all,

I've owned a Leslie 45 for some time now. I've thought about adding a 2 speed 
kit off and on but have never gotten around to it. However, I also have two, 
2 speed motors that came out of a 122 or possibly a 222. I've heard there's a 
modification necessary to install one or both of them. I think I'd be happy 
just to install the upper motor. 

Does anyone have any experience doing this kind of mod?
