[HAM] Distortion through PA

I'm having a difficult time running my C-3 thru a PA.  I run through a 
Chorus pedal, as well as a Rotovibe Leslie effects pedal (to avoid carrying 
a Leslie cabinet and miking it), and run it stereo thru a 4 channel mixing 
board, then run it into a single input into a snake.  However, I cannot turn 
the volume up hardly at all without it peaking in the board and distorting 
in the in-ear monitors and the PA.  Any suggestions on decreasing the output 
signal of my C-3, so we can improve the sound and decrease the distortion?
