[HAM] M-100 and H-100 series organsStainless Brown stainlessbrown at sbcglobal.netMon Oct 2 23:41:21 CDT 2006
Thanks Dave- Is it possible to take a "before" power-amp signal from the M-100 to send to an external amp , or DI for recording? I can "re-amp" to a Leslie. So just to be clear, the AO-44 amp is the reverb amp? Stan Dave Bishop <xxcaptinxx at comcast.net> wrote: The speakers are different, and the reverb for the H-series is integrated into the audio amp. (The unit on the lower left is the power supply, not the reverb amp). Not much similarity between the M-series amp and the H-series amp either, since the H-series has three signal outs (bass and treble L-R) and the M-series is monaural. I haven't looked, but I wouldn't be surprised if the impedences on the spring tanks is different as well. I have both, and I like the H-series sound better, but both are great organs. AO-44 amps come up on eBay regularly. I hope you find a good home for the one you're letting go, rather that part it out.
