Thie signal inputs the amp at lug "A" (etched into the chassis).  If you tap 
off that lug and take your ground from the amp chassis itself (using a 
shielded cable with one side only of the shield attached to the chassis 
ground) you could bypass the amp, but you'd also bypass the tone shaping 
circuits.  Try tapping out of the RCA phono plug in the pedal doghouse, 
which is post expression pedal.  You may have to attenuate the signal a bit. 
A passive DI box with a transformer in it is a good idea to isolate stray 
voltages travelling back from the external amp from damaging the Hammond's 
circuit.  It also allows you to run a balanced line to the house PA for 
noise reduction.  The RCA plug is meant as an input, but it can work as an 
output here, too.
