[HAM] HR-40 blowing 5U4

I took out the 5U4 and soldered in a 1N4007 rectifier diode across each
tube socket and built in a fuseholder into the amp, to protect the transformer.
Then I connected power and, lo and behold, the amp worked. Now I'll probably 
can risk putting a new pair of 5U4 into it. (after removing the diodes,
of course :)
