[HAM] CT's overdrive

Didn’t really hear much overdrive distortion on CT’s clips with the EIS B3
Cutdown.  Just a good B3 with a good deal of key-click and the typical
“frying eggs in the background” leakage / motor noise, etc.   Bob Schleicher
uses Atlas PD-60’s in his tube Leslies.  All of that is somewhat amplified
in the preamp when C3 chorus is on – which it is in the clips I heard.
Which clip are you guys listening to.  It does sound as though he has the
tube overdrive knob kicked up some on the XK3.  The Santana tour Leslies now
have either JBL 2482 or 2485 treble drivers (basically same driver – 4”
phenolic diaphragm with a 30 lb magnet – 2 inch throat with a reducer to the
¾” Leslie horn.)
