[HAM] rt3 no sound

I have an rt3 w/ a 122 the TWG starts and spins great, but still no sound.  
Leslie also spins but doesn't seem to respond to switches.  Is there a way 
to check to see if the organ is sending a signal to the leslies or where to 
start diagnosing?
