Lets assume that you have gotten sound previously, so that you are confident 
that you're setting the organ controls correctly.  The first thing I would 
do is (with the organ off) spray the organ tube sockets with De-Oxit and 
reseat the tubes.  If that doesn't help, with the expression pedal down, 
listen to one of the G terminals and chassis ground through one side of a 
pair of headphones.  If you hear a solid, but low tone there, the problem is 
likely in the speaker switching system.  If you don't get a tone, my first 
guesses would be a bad 6X4 tube or 12BH7 tube.  You can also listen through 
the RCA output jack for a tone, and swap around the two 6AU6 and two 12AX7 
tubes, to see if any combination results in a tone.  Yoou might go back to 
your manual preset keys and minipulate them a bit to see whether you can 
produce a tone.  These are all cheap easy places to start.  The fact that 
you can't switch speeds really implicates the first two tubes mentioned, 
however.
