The best way is to remove the "guts"/insides so you have any empty wooden case. It worked for me. We did the same to the Leslie 122. I sent the empty B3 and 122 case to a professional refinisher. It came out gorgeous and now sits proudly in my living room where it gets played every day. Good luck.
