[HAM] **SPAM(5.8)** Speaker magnet/distance from output xfmr

Hey all,
  I'm trying to gain some space in my house and decided to make a Franken-Tone Cabinet out of a JR-20 by putting a Q-40's amp and speakers into it. It's a real tight squeeze and took a lot of sawing. 
The Q-40's amp is pretty big and the output transformer is almost touching one of the 15" speaker's magnets. 
I already had to extend the lower shelf 4" out the back of the cabinet so the amp would just barely fit. 
It would seem like the magnet being so close to the output transformer could cause some undesirable results. 

Are there any rules on distance in this scenario?
