[HAM] Very O.T.- Can you help schedule a road trip in Upper Midwest and Northeast?Dave Bishop xxcaptinxx at comcast.netSat Oct 21 19:27:19 CDT 2006
My two sons are planning a road trip in December - January to support their recently released CD. I know a lot of you have contacts in the midwest-northeast where we are trying to book live dates. The band is called Live From Heaven-- a rock, experimental, alternative group tooking for clubs, bars, coffee houses, college events, etc. to develop their fan base. If anyone has suggestions and/or contacts for appropriate venues on their travel path, I would centainly appreciate your help. The farther we get from Minneapolis, the more difficulty I'm having finding the right match. We're pretty flexible about locations as long as its within a days ride. Please contact me off list at xxcaptinxx at comcast.net. You can hear what this band sounds like at http://www.myspace.com/livefromheaven. The publicity cut sheet is at http://www.livefromheaven.com/business/epk.pdf Hammond content: They both play computer based keyboards on occasion, and NI's B4II is in there somewhere. They still don't think I'm good enough to tour with them, plus I'm too old. Thanks for your indulgence with this off-topic post. The proposed calander and locations are set out below.
