[HAM] #8 Drawbar malfunction

I can't think of where a single wire other than ground is common to all 
busbar sets.  There should be two grey wires connected to the top right side 
of each of the two preset panels.  My guess is that one on each is not 
attached (or open), or that the two grey wires are detached at the matching 
transformer side.  I'd be interested to see what you come up with.
