[HAM] #8 Drawbar malfunction

Typically in a B3, the percussion signal is tapped from the highest drawbar 
on the upper B set, so the #8 drawbar should still sound.   Sometimes owners 
will shift that to the #8 drawbar because they want to keep the whistle when 
they have percussion on.
