The 122R cabinet can be recognized by the extra set of small louvres on the sides. Like this: http://mkp.net/organ/tn/122r.jpg.html The top section in an -R Leslie is taller so it can accomodate the reverb amp. A 6x9 speaker mounts behind the small louvres for the reverberation signal. However, why don't you get a Trek II reverb? It's easy to install, sweet sounding and it doesn't bother me that the reverb signal goes through the horn/drums. It's also convenient to be able to control the amount of reverberation from the console (for that extra nice sound when squabbling). http://www.trekii.com/RV1C.html -- Martin K.
