[HAM] Reverberation

Hammond's research on reverberatiopn showed that it was most effective,
i.e. "realistic" and lending majesty to Hammond music, when it was
separately amplified and separately reproduced at some distance from the
organ/organist/audience.

Obviously, the company had to make compromises.

And my last definitely louche remark on certain folks:

And then they did not anticipate: C-3 on all the time, xpession floored,
distortion as max as ears could stand, Leslie on fast all the time[Laurens
hated Leslies], and, most of all, the cool rockin' daddies that like to
make the instrument scream.
