[HAM] 122 reverb unit - anybody know where to get?

My favorite Hammond tube reverb is the AO-35.
My favorite third party tube reverb is the Fisher Space Expander
followed by the Organ-Mate. These are the only two third party that I
remember hearing.
I have heard that the TrekII RV-1C is great.
Another method is to get an effects loop in the console and a reverb
unit such as the Nano-Verb.

I have an Organ Mate Reverb on my B3 which goes right on in to the
Leslies and I like it just fine.  It has a knob that you can control how
much verb you want.  My two cents worth........
