[HAM] Recapping...

These original values are meaningless, as every capacitor was measured and
put in bins, then used to install.

Many values, falling within the tolerance of the standards requested, were
used.

All was done by hand after the inductor trays were in place......and,
incidentally, before the magnests were tightened..........all of this info
from Alan Young, now deceased, former Senior Engineer at Hammond.
