[HAM] Moving an M-143A

Two of my friends and I are planning on making the five hour trip from D.C.
to Pittsburg to pick up a Hammond M-143A from a relatives house. Would three
relatively in shape young men with a dolley be able to move it out of the
house and lift it into the van? It would be a shame to get there and find
that we couldn't lift it. Also, I have read that you need to lock down the
sound generator, or something like that. How would one go about doing that?
Any other recommendations?
