What does a Mercedes-Benz "mechanic" do when a customer car has a flat tire?

He plugs in the diagnostics computer to monitor the tyre pressures, in 
order to determine on which axle the problem lies. He then charges 500€ 
for diagnostics, and proceeds to replace the corresponding "wheel axle 
assembly, complete".
