Guys,

Just posted an 8 minute organ riff from one of our youth services - with my
friend Billy Taylor (a child prodigy on the Hammond) playing our EIS Cutdown
B3 and 2 Bill Beer High Power Leslies. This is recorded with several open
mics - and a Shure SM 57 placed near the upper rotor side louvers about 8
inches from the cabinet and angled slightly down to pick up lower rotor and
bass. Bruce Williams is on the drums.

The organ is in the background somewhat as Billy sings - but about 4 minutes
into the clip - he begins playing joyful Black Gospel riffs "dancing,
Shouting" music and the organ comes to the foreground. You will hear Billy
push the Bill Beer Leslies into slight overdrive - and you will hear him use
the "stop" of the rotors a couple of times.

Thought some of you might enjoy this. The link is:

a rm "Real Player" file.
