[HAM] 122 fast rotor problem:

My lower rotor doesn't seem to want to work in the "fast" position.  It does fine in the "slow" or chorale.  I looked in and found the wire going from the fast motor to the receptacle was just dangling and not hooked up to anything, so I put a plug on it and plugged it in but still nothing happened.  I took the amplifier out and didn't see anything disconnected but I did clean the relay and swapped the 12AU7 tubes. Is there a way to check voltage coming out of the fast (lower) receptacle and if so, how much?  I would appreciate any advice.  You guys got me through the other Leslie and I thank you for that.  This is a 122, by the way.
