Hi,

I am new to the circle and have a few questions regarding transformers that were rescued from a pair of Hammond Organ amplifiers. If someone has information regarding these tube components, I would really appreciate your help. I build tube amps and received this pair. I would like to sell the transformers and chokes to someone who can really appreciate them.

They all appear to have been manufactured by AO for Hammond Organ.

H-AO-20927 - The 2-input transformers have the secondary terminal array on the bottom of the unit, primaries are 890VAC using 120V mains. There is capability for 110 mains and 230 mains

H-AO-16681 - The 2-output transformer appears to have taps for 4,8,16 and maybe 2 ohms. They have copper shielding band around the windings that are solder joined in a complete loop

H-AO-16687 - The 4-chokes are all double bell with port for connections. They are ~ 1.86H

AO-21574 - Oil capacitors, dual connection 4 & 12 uF with common. These are the rectangular tower case with mounting brackets

All of these transformer laminations are undisturbed and all bells are in perfect condition with no dents. The cloth leads are all waxed as are the winding wrappings. The amplifiers that these were saved from were 4x 6V6GT each.

Bernie
