[HAM] 771 schemats/ specs (or difference between 770 and 771)

I wanna get the extra 40 watts outa my 770 amp, Does somebody know what I 
gotta do to boost the output?? Ive got an HL822 power supply I can use and  
note that the transformer is easily twice the size of the 770, I guess to 
handle the extra current draw, yes?
I can replace the output trannys with a much 'gutsier' version.
Is this likely to keep the signal  cleaner, longer?

I know it aint a very popular amp the 'ol 770 but damnit I get of 'detail' 
and 'clarity' out of it which is what I want sometimes, again I say 
sometimes, esp from the bass end.
