[HAM] Leslie 25 - Electrolytic goes PFFFT!!

The booster amp keeps blowing fuses. So , I replaced the power tubes and
  a bad diode.  Fuse still blew.
  I noticed a cap with an electrolyte leak - 45 mfd 450 V - replaced it.
  Hooked the Leslie up , turned everything on and the tubes start 
glowing - cool , I think.
  I hit a note on the organ and I here a PFFT sound and white smoke 
billows from the amp.
  I hit the switch on the power strip and open the window.
  Inspection shows the new cap blown .
  What to check next ?
