[HAM] CV - Starter motor not engaging TG - follow up

Thank you , Andy . Mainly I wanted to make sure it was a mechanical 
rather
then a possible electrical problem.

   Last night I used a wooden shoe horn to reach in there and give it a 
nudge.
  Is there some way to access that area easily for a more permanent 
solution or, do I need to remove the TG ?
