I don't know, but a ground-to-chassis like that that's not high-voltage 
isn't going to be fussy about where it's connected. Chassis is chassis, as 
long as it's a clean, bright connection. In the case of dealing with filter 
caps and other high-voltage stuff, it is best to go to the nearest good 
ground, as short a run as possible.
