IMO, you are in way over your head. Kudos for trying, and the truth is, I 
think any tech would be hard-pressed to help you "over the phone" as it 
were, without being able to put hands on the organ and take measurements. 
There are multiple problems with your gear and I haven't a clue (you can 
quote me on that). Take it to Bob White of he will have you (he's in the 
book), or, save your pennies and truck it to Gale in Tacoma.
