[HAM] CV - No Vibrato -PR20 -No Reverb

On the CV preamp schematic, there are only 5 ground point connections to the
chassis. They (Hammond) have used tie points such as ground on the filter
caps, tube socket mounts and terminal strip mounting points. You would need
to look under the chassis. 

The ground is connected to the tone cabinet through the cable.

Have you ever heard the reverb work on that PR-20?

  Besides fixing the immediate problem , I'm curious if anything else 
may have been modified and what the larger picture is.
