Hi Rob,

That seems a bit steep.  I'm in Ottawa and I bought mine direct from the 
manufacturer.  I don't remember the exact price I paid (I got the usual 
model with wheels on both trucks and I ordered the extra wide bases.  
Shipping via UPS was around $100.00 and of course we pay GST when it 
crosses the border).  I think that worked out to be around $600.00 Cdn 
all said and done.  It sounds like whoever quoted you $850.00 is buying 
them direct and marking them up.

$600.00 Cdn may seem like a lot but they've sure come in handy!  You get 
what you pay for.
