[HAM] C3 cabinet style versus B3 cabinet style. was Procul Harum 1 revisitedgoffmac747 at aol.com goffmac747 at aol.comThu Aug 2 09:48:24 CDT 2007
The B3 is easier to transport, doesn't look like a church organ although to some people it looks like a coffin, hence Paul's Letterman rig is housed in to take care of that. No extra wood where you don't need it and is as spartan as could be made back when it was invented. The look is timeless, not even the more Jetson's looking X-66 and 77 could not compete with the B. Although rocker/preacher Sam Kinison put a B's guts in one. -----Original Message----- From: nerf <nerf at rogers.com> To: The Hammond Forum <hammond at zeni.net> Sent: Thu, 2 Aug 2007 10:32 pm Subject: Re: [HAM] C3 cabinet style versus B3 cabinet style. was Procul Harum 1 revisited The B3 is the duck billed platypus Of the hammond line! -- Subscription Options/Unsubscribe/Archives: http://www.zeni.net/hf/ Hammond-Leslie FAQ: http://theatreorgans.com/hammond/faq/ HammondWiki: http://www.dairiki.org/HammondWiki/ hammond at zk3.dec.com archives: http://zk3.hammondforum.com/ ________________________________________________________________________ AOL now offers free email to everyone.
