Are you the same guy who's asking questions about these amps over on the 
Hammond Zone list? You have a fresh answer over there from me if you are. 
The 145 came with a 147 amp (red decals) and the 142 came with a 122 amp 
(black decals). I'm not really up on the decal colors so I could be wrong.
